Too Easy by Jincode Pty Ltd respects your right to control your personal data. This page explains how to request deletion of your account or specific data associated with your Task Too Easy account.
Full Account Deletion
To permanently delete your account and all associated data, email us at support@tasktooeasy.com with the subject line “Delete my account” from the email address you used to sign up. We will delete your account and associated data within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- All tasks, notes, and attachments you have created
- Your account information (email address and user ID)
- Analytics events linked to your user ID
What is retained and for how long
- Anonymised crash logs (Sentry) — retained for up to 90 days then automatically purged. These contain no personally identifiable information.
- Aggregated & anonymous analytics (PostHog) — retained indefinitely. These are aggregated counts with no link to any individual user.
Partial Data Deletion (without closing your account)
If you want to remove specific data without closing your account, email us at support@tasktooeasy.com with the subject line “Delete some of my data” and describe what you would like removed (e.g. specific tasks, attachments, or analytics events). We will process your request within 30 days.
You can also delete individual tasks directly in the Task Too Easy app without contacting us.
